St. Kevin’s CC celebrated a very successful Heritage Day in the school recently as all students & staff got an opportunity to show each other the traditions, customs & culture of their own country.

The school has a wonderfully diverse population and there was plenty to showcase today through food, dance, song & traditional costume.

The day ended with the raising of the Irish flag, presented to the school by the Thomas F Meagher foundation, on what was the 175th anniversary of the flying of the first tricolour in Co. Waterford.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make this a huge success, with a special thanks to the school diversity team, along with Ms. Norton, Ms. Lynam and Ms. Carty
